One of our legal advocates, either Jay or Nicole, will set aside some time to listen to you and make sure that we can help with your matter. This free discovery call is not for legal advice, but we can schedule a more detailed conversation with an attorney.
③ Your Strategy Session
If we are a potential fit and you would like us to take a more in-depth look at your matter, we will invite you to schedule an attorney strategy session with us. Strategy sessions are held by video conference so there is no need to fight traffic.
During your strategy session, Kevin or Liz will listen to your situation, walk you through our process and discuss how best to achieve your family’s goals. We only handle special needs matters, we serve families like your own every day.

Strategy sessions with our lawyers are protected under attorney-client privilege and last about an hour. First-time strategy sessions start at $350.

We will work with you to choose the approach and representation option that fits your family best. Special Education solutions can involve everything from preparing you for an IEP meeting to litigation against your school district. Special Needs Planning solutions will include developing a holistic plan for your loved one or family. We are dedicated to the unique needs of our clients.

Quick or one-size-fits-all approaches are not what we do.
Working with us will never be the “cheapest option,” however, deciding who to work with based entirely on the financial investment will often cost you or your family in the future. Depending on your needs, we can work under a simple flat fee, capped fees, or a traditional retainer.
